I don’t even know how it happened but after asking about an unlabeled closeout item. Michelle (Westport location) insisted she was correct with details that were unlikely. In front of others, she became angry when we said we were going to continue to shop rather than leave her our contact info. When we found a carpet swatch that showed her info to be incorrect her attitude escalated to clear hostility. We are regulars at C&B. They’ve furnished our dining room, bedroom and living room. I came in with a specific and strange return issue and she worked hard to fix it and even followed up with me a few days later to confirm everything was straightened out.
