They had the wrong price on display, they honored the price and then, the item was not available (even though they had it at the store). They ended up making me cancel the order. They were also very rude when they were honoring the price. I felt very uncomfortable, I wouldn’t have made the effort, but I really wanted the item.
I don’t even know how it happened but after asking about an unlabeled closeout item. Michelle (Westport location) insisted she was correct with details that were unlikely. In front of others, she became angry when we said we were going to continue to shop rather than leave her our contact info. When we found a carpet swatch that showed her info to be incorrect her attitude escalated to clear hostility. We are regulars at C&B. They’ve furnished our dining room, bedroom and living room.
