Went to C&B Westport location and scheduled a design appointment after meeting an associate named Lynette. Spent ~2 hours with her discussing design plans for my new house and she told me she’d send over everything we discussed + a quote. We had our appointment on 6/14. It is now 7/20, 3 unanswered emails, and I never heard back from her. Total waste of time and disappointing experience. Had to go to a different C&B location and repeat the process with a new design associate.
Crate & Barrel in Westport is a great store with a nice selection of furniture, kitchenware, and home essentials. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to shop around in. The staff was helpful without being pushy, and they had a lot of quality pieces on display. Definitely a good place to stop if you’re looking for home furniture or decor.
Horrible customer service!!! Do yourself a favor and visit another site. Extremely rude at Westport
