Crate & Barrel in Westport is a great store with a nice selection of furniture, kitchenware, and home essentials. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to shop around in. The staff was helpful without being pushy, and they had a lot of quality pieces on display. Definitely a good place to stop if you’re looking for home furniture or decor.

Terrible customer service. Woman at front desk wouldn’t let me return an un used item when my fiancé spent over $3,000 for her bridal shower. Was able to return it at another Crate & Barrel store no problem. Workers were watching me the whole time as if I was going to steal something. Horrible will not return to this location.
They had the wrong price on display, they honored the price and then, the item was not available (even though they had it at the store). They ended up making me cancel the order. They were also very rude when they were honoring the price. I felt very uncomfortable, I wouldn’t have made the effort, but I really wanted the item.
