Dave was very friendly and thorough guiding me through the process of getting my car repaired. He gave me updates and detailed timelines throughout the repair process. Crash Champions arranged the rental car with enterprise and had enterprise pick me up from the shop. When I returned to pick my car up, I just left the rental car there. Crash Champions service is mediocre at best. It’s been one year since they serviced my vehicle and I’ve been nothing but disappointed. My front, driver side fender was damaged in a hit-and-run incident and Quanz body shop was highly recommended when I researched body shops in the area. Getting an appointment took 2 1/2 - 3 months for four days of work. When I picked up my vehicle, the original damage from the hit-and-run was repaired but it came back with more (slightly smaller) damage that they will not take responsibility ... read more
So far, I'm perfectly pleased with the repair. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The repair took longer than originally estimated and the final cost was almost twice the original estimate (paid for by the other party's insurance). I didn't receive twice/week text updates as I'd been told, I had to call them for updates.
