Maria is always nice. The other woman is rude!! I called with a simple question, which she never gave me a chance to ask. She talked over me the whole time and was really snippy. If you don't like your job (serving the public mind you) then go work somewhere else.
I had gotten a notice of late payment and decided to call to understand why I owed so much. Spoke with Maria and she took the time to investigate my property number and saw I had overpaid last year and the computer did not pick up on this. So luckily for me instead of owing over 4000.00 I only owed 30.00 Thank you Maria!!! This is a good example on how we need humans and not computers
