I really enjoyed the ease of use with your website for starters. When I exchanged a few emails about whether a specific tire would fit my frame I received professional and polite responses from both the customer service and service staff. I especially appreciate this because I have had other shops not prioritize my requests when I am inquiring about such things. The people at Cranky were great. I needed a special mount mirror for my Trek bicycle. They knew what I needed. They ordered it in and at reasonable cost. I definitely will be going back there again.
Always have a quick turnaround when getting bike serviced here. Great prices and friendly service. Convenient location downtown too.
