Great team at this location. Had an issue with my e-bike charging. Thought it mightve been the charger or battery needing replacement. Turns out the bike didnt need either, just a software update. They didnt charge us any diagostic or service fee. Excellent service. They will be getting our business in the future
A few days ago i was out for a ride and realized my back tire pressure was a little low . When I arrived at Cranky's the staff was just locking up. They were literally out the door turning the key. Thankfully Tyler was totally willing to quickly check the pressure and fill me up. That type of customer service is hard to find these days. The man was off the clock and still chose to help me out.
Cranky's was excellent to deal with and I would certainly go back. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they provided excellent service to help get my bike up and running again.
