Can’t say enough good things about the parts and service department. Always helpful and very knowledgeable. I ride year round so my bike takes a beating and they always set me up with right parts. go here for any parts and service needed.
The service in this place is horrible. The employee I dealt with was smug. He tried to sell me parts I didn't need. Long turn around times. I found a bike shop that did the repair while I waited, and only replaced the parts that needed replacing. The are much better places to go.
Chris was incredible to work with, he is very knowledgeable and helped me with purchasing my first road bike. We had a bike fit together and he answered all my questions and made my bike perfect to fit me. All the other staff I have interacted with are very kind as well, Highly recomment this place :)
