Cranky's has been very accommodating in providing timely service, bike boxes for travel and excellent repair and servicing of our touring bikes. Great service, with friendly knowledgeable staff, looking for small parts or to have a wheel re-laced. Heath has helped me out of a jam more than once.
This is one of those shops you wish would never end. It's a feel good place. You get the help you came for and if it didn't fully resolve or another glitch pops up, you can come back again. This place is more about service than sales, but there are lots of lovely new things to purchase without being hounded. One tube that we bought had a hole in it out of the box, which we discovered after attempting to pump it up. The team at cranky's bike shop are one of a kind. I had issues with my sons bike (back tyre had issues and was giving up), they went above and beyond to put a smile on my sons face.
