I've been looking at getting the Trek Dual Sport for awhile. I saw that Cranks sold them. I looked on their website and they had advertised they had it in stock and on sale. I saw the amount of good reviews so I thought it would be good to drop by. I went to the store and I saw the bike I liked, but I'm not sure what size I am so I wanted to ask them. Visited the Shop, great to see it looking good with plenty of product. Bought a new tyre, asked for tubeless. Was chatting about tubeless plugs but was still given an inner tube tyre and didn't notice until I tried and failed to mount on the rim - infuriating waste of $110.
Impeccable store! Best customer service, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
