A big shout out to Heidi. I placed 2x BYK bike pre-orders with her, which arrived in-store, built and ready for pick up within only 3 days. Amazing! During this time, Heidi gave me text updates of when bikes would be ready to be picked up, and even helped get the bike adjusted when we were there. Heidi is such a lovely person, and her service was top notch. The gentleman that worked with her also helped take our bikes to load in the car for us. Really UNHAPPY with your customer service but mainly your bike mechanic that didn’t fix my bike even though said clearly on my invoice SAFTEY CHECK completed! Then back to your shop first ever ride and raising my concerns bike has issues. Then mechanic says oh the rear wheel hasn’t been adjusted and not safe too. What ?! What the other mechanic has fixed ?! Then upon picking up asking me to pay $85 for what you missed fixing at the beginning bike was given to you .
