Went in to have rear derailleur adjusted. Mark made quick work of the repair within a few minutes. Great to have a local shop with knowledgeable staff.
There's a reason why so many customers call this the best bike shop in the area (just read the many reviews). Honestly, this is amongst the best customer experiences I've ever had. Highly responsive, customer-focused, knowledgeable, patient - the list goes on. Strongly recommended.
I bought a Diverge Expert Carbon bike ($5000) a few days ago from Crank Revolution Bike Shop in Illinois, and and I used one time. I returned it today without any problem or scratches. First he said that it would be a maximum of 15% and that this was determined by the specialized company. Then he increased the amount and took 20% restocking fee. When I told her that this was too much, she said "This is my workplace, I found it appropriate. I definitely do not recommend you to shop there.
Purchased a bike here about a year ago and the bike has been decent, it came with a one year labor warranty, within the first month of owning the bike I took it back to get the rear brake looked at because the pressure and the grabbing power had gone down significantly since I bought it. When I took it in they put an air bubble in the line and said it was so I get more brake feel being too lazy to do a 5 min bleed job properly, attempt 1 to get my brakes fixed failed. they always seem to have an attitude when I bring my bike... read more
