Professional staff, very knowledgeable and willing to help in anyway, by far the best bike shop in the NW Burbs. Not to mention the kick ass MTB trail they helped to develop Paul Douglas MTB Trail. As far as killer deals at the shop, you have to stop by and talk with those dudes, you will not be disappointed. Again if you don't check them out you're losing an experience you will not get anywhere else.
