Before coming here the last bike I bought was a Dyno Comp in ‘94 when. In other words I am totally green to modern bikes and mountain biking. But after some good experiences renting at Killington my 7 yo son and I were ready to dive in. The guys at Crank were and have been absolutely awesome. Friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, supportive, hardworking, and honest. Amazing service. I stopped for some help with a flat tyre and Connor and Luke were excellent, taking immediate and good care of me and my bike and giving me exactly what I needed to get riding again. Excellent store with a great range of products and bikes. I will definitely be coming back with my beloved Bianchi
Luke and Connor are fantastic! They put in the time to make sure I got the right bike for me. They answered all my questions and really educated me about my new bike. They are extemely knowledgeable and are skilled mechanics. They under promised and over delivered! 5 stars all around! I'm so glad to have such a good bike shop so close to home in Millwood, NY.
Hard to find owners who are honest and not only interested in $$. I had two bikes in storage and Crank gave me an honest assessment that they would only be spending my money and to not repair them. No hard sell for new bikes either.
Walked in to this shop because I was in the area. The owners were super nice. I had an issue with a bike they didn’t sell me and were more than happy to work on it. They made repairs and had my bike back to me within 2 days. The work they performed was fantastic and the pricing was better than reasonable. I’ll be back to support these guys!
