I had never had CST before. Jen was excellent in explaining what I could expect. I went in for chronic migraines and she has helped them dramatically. I would highly recommend her.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I came for my session. I anticipated Jen would be the typical "fake-nice" phony practitioner who really pushes her services on you. But she is REAL. I can't give any higher praise for a person than by saying she is GENUINE. She is calm and deeply intuitive. She is perceptive and sensitive to what you need and to what you're experiencing. I had my first appointment yesterday for Craniosacral therapy and it was so powerful! I am currently working through a lot of grief and trauma related to a difficult marriage and divorce. My session with Jen really helped to remove some blocks I was experiencing. If you haven't done this before, Jen is wonderful. She's so kind, peaceful and intuitive. I highly recommend!!!
