Jen is absolutely wonderful. I recently tried craniosacral therapy and has been life changing. My nervous system is finally able to relax and breathe again. Would recommend over and over to anyone who has experienced some form of emotional trauma.
Jen was absolutely lovely and her space is beautiful and relaxing. She immediately made me feel comfortable, safe and supported! I had a very effective session with her and will go back when I’m ready for some more processing. I had never had CST before. Jen was excellent in explaining what I could expect. I went in for chronic migraines and she has helped them dramatically. I would highly recommend her.
