I have been seeing Deb for a couple of months now. I can't sing her praises enough!!! Deb has significantly eased my pain and is helping my complex back injuries to heal. She has also helped me release stuck emotional trauma. I am feeling lighter and brighter, and I am so very grateful! Deb is kind, caring and so very knowledgeable and professional. The therapy is gentle but amazingly effective!
Deb has a beautiful, calm, welcoming energy. I had not had craniosacral therapy before and what Deb does by holding space and the body ever so gently is incredible, my nervous system is responding so well, I feel a deep sense of calm for days and days after. These sessions are now a part of my regular self care, highly recommend.
