I recently completed the core practices course in Currumbin, and it was deeply insightful and profound in terms of enhancing embodied awareness skills. Michael and his assistant Kirsten are very knowledgeable and created a safe space for exploration and learning. I enjoyed the practical aspect of the training which is mainly hands on. This was more than just a 4 day workshop. It was a a subtle yet intense deep dive into not only learning the practical techniques to be a practitioner, but most importantly to be taught how to hold space for others and ourselves through deep listening. Michael is a beautiful teacher who holds a nurturing space for learning and healing. I first trained in 2017, and have progressed through several course levels, including assisting with subsequent Core Practice course. Michael includes a balance of information/science and guided practical experiences. Throughout all these courses, I’ve found deeper connections into my body and explored ways to hold space for others.
This was an amazing course! Michael and his team were so understanding, caring and thoughtful. I loved that the course was so practical. Such a great way learn! I have incorporated Craniosacral with my Bowen Therapy treatments on Animals with such great results already!
