This was more than just a 4 day workshop. I learn so much how important to be present and hold our awareness of our self .
Michael is a beautiful teacher who holds a nurturing space for learning and healing. I first trained in 2017, and have progressed through several course levels, including assisting with subsequent Core Practice course. Michael includes a balance of information/science and guided practical experiences. Throughout all these courses, I’ve found deeper connections into my body and explored ways to hold space for others.
This was an amazing course! Michael and his team were so understanding, caring and thoughtful. I loved that the course was so practical. Such a great way learn! I have incorporated Craniosacral with my Bowen Therapy treatments on Animals with such great results already!
I thoroughly enjoyed this course and gained much more than I signed up for. The pace and delivery of the course was very good. There was ample opportunity to practise the skills learnt. I can easily see how I will be able to integrate my learnings into my Kinesiology practice.
