I’m happy to of found Sarah. What a lovely gentle lady she is, I felt so comfortable and at ease with her. I would recommend her to anyone who has anxiety or anger issues, from a therapy that’s so gentle and calming it produces great results, no talking or moving required. Perfect for shy children. I am grateful for the results she has produced and would recommend her to anyone.
What a wonderful treatment I had, thank you Sarah. I immediately felt a release from what can only be described as a blockage that Sarah worked on to completely dissolve. I felt many areas of my body release and rebalance I felt totally at peace physically and emotionally by the end. An extraordinary treatment, Sarah truly has healing hands.
Both myself and my two sons (7 and 13) have had crânio sessions with Sarah who is extremely knowledgeable in this very unique therapy. Both boys felt totally at ease with Sarah and the benefits and results were felt straightaway. Highly recommend.
I have seen Sarah for Craniosacral Therapy for a number of years and found the treatment to be so effective that I have sent my whole family to her and recommended my friends too. For me she helped calm my nervous system when I was feeling permanently stressed, more recently she really helped some pain in my shoulder, She helps my Son when he has nightmare's break that pattern very quickly. I enjoy my time with her, it's very relaxed and she is a very talented therapist.
Great treatment with Sarah yesterday. Very calming and felt amazingly chilled the rest of the day. Sarah is an empathetic therapist who really takes the time to make you feel at ease. I would highly recommend.
