I have been searching for a mother of the groom dress for what seems like months. I am. very happy to say that I have found “the dress”. The assistant was very attentive and knowledgeable, and made my decision making easier and simpler.. They also have a variety of dresses and colors to choose from. If you are looking for a dress for any occasion this is the place to go.
I was very disappointed in my experience at this shop. Upon entering, the young lady welcomed me and after hearing what I was looking for, turned me over to an older woman, (perhaps the manager?). She quickly told me they weren't going to have anything I was looking for and began asking me questions about why those were my search criteria. I explained that the bride (aka my daughter) wanted me in a specific color. Then she began criticizing her choices for me...SHE'S THE BRIDE! Every time I've walked in there, it's like they don't want to help. Like another reviewer said, if you don't fit their client "mold," then they don't want to help you. The prices are too high for zero customer service.
