Every time I've walked in there, it's like they don't want to help. Like another reviewer said, if you don't fit their client "mold," then they don't want to help you. The prices are too high for zero customer service.
I’ll give them five stars My Sister‘s dress was beautiful. The only downfall is they never answered their phones so I can never get a hold of someone to set up a day to go in there to actually go shopping for more dresses but guess they don’t want our money. The store never answered the phone.

Surpasses any expectations. Gorgeous formal dresses for when you want to stand out among the crowd. High class attire that spells out I'm special. Shelley and Marcela are the two consultants who will work with you to ensure your needs are met. There are other shops but Cranes is the elite.
