Horrible man drop me off at a interview that I scheduled for 11:30 over a hour before I'm supposed to be here. So now I'm sitting outside my interview at 10:20am and have to wait hour and 10 minutes untill I can go in. Wouldn't even give them one star.
This system makes no sense on how they pick up and deliver people. I've been riding this bus for a about 3 years and like right now. They pick me up an hour early before I need to be at work. Then they go the opposite direction clear back across town to pick someone up then clear back to my end of town again. Why? Why must I ride all over town when I could be picked up at a later time? Phone operator don’t speak loudly enough or clearly enough to understand , SPEAK UP !!!!!!!
Horrible customer service at the main office. They open at 7 am and refused to sell tickets. “I am not going to sell tickets until 9 am”, was her response.
