This system makes no sense on how they pick up and deliver people. I've been riding this bus for a about 3 years and like right now. They pick me up an hour early before I need to be at work. Then they go the opposite direction clear back across town to pick someone up then clear back to my end of town again. Why? Why must I ride all over town when I could be picked up at a later time? Horrible customer service at the main office. They open at 7 am and refused to sell tickets. “I am not going to sell tickets until 9 am”, was her response.
Just here at the Hope Harbor emergency shelter after painfully hobbling with sciatica from the library wondering why anyone would think I would spend 4 hours at Super Saver. I'm fat but it doesn't take me that long to get groceries. Hopefully, I can thumb a ride home tomorrow and it won't be a psycho that picks me up. Golly I miss Celia!!!!! She wasn't united inflexibly to the computer schedule by her umbilical cord.
