We always have great service at Crane. The employees are awesome and always have a smile on their faces and know us by name and always willing to help.
This location treated me like a criminal because I withdrew a large amount of money from MY account. I answered their questions when they asked what it was for, but since I didn't agree to have them make checks out for each of the companies I was paying one woman just kept making implications that I was using it for something illegal. Since when did it become suspicious to use cash to pay for things or have some at your house for things that come up? I thought it was very poor customer service.
We are so happy to do our banking with Crane on Ohio in Terre Haute. They are always so quick to catch anything that seems out of order. We had someone try to hack our account through Zelle. We noticed it, of course, on a Sunday when the branch is closed. Lucky for us, a gal that works in the fraud department goes to church with us.
