Exceptional service from Fraser in the Chch store. I called with a tight turnaround needed for my wedding suit and he was able pull it together within a month. Very personal service and a fantastic suit - would recommend.
The little details are what set this place apart. I was unexpectedly held up to complete by a gentleman for a quick visit and you immediately rearranged the schedule to make sure I’d still have enough time to complete his suit before I left the country. That kind of thoughtfulness doesn’t go unnoticed. By the way, he absolutely loved the suit.
I was very fortunate to meet Chris at Crane Brothers as my wedding suit tailor. His advice and recommendations were thoughtful and perceptive, perfectly suited to my style and body shape. After several detailed tailoring appointments, I received the best suit I’ve ever owned. Chris and his colleagues showed both professionalism and genuine passion in the way they approach tailoring. They have great attention to detail. while the clothing was expensive it extremely good quality and high value. The atmosphere in the store was nice, staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back on our next visit !
