This transport company sucks and is deceptive with their estimates.

Wish I had read the reviews AND the fine print before booking. My final bill was more than doubled because the driver waited on my delayed flight on Cape Air. I was told it was company policy not to track flights (I was asked what flight I was arriving on). I felt quite taken advantage of. The owner said they turned away business that day to wait on me. That reason didn't hold water because they were making money on me standing still. Shame on them, and now I am the wiser. There are other transportation options on Nantucket.... read more
