Awful management and LPN. Some assistants really care but they are never consistent on checking on patients. Lack of staff and very poorly managed. They are a nice enough newer facility but it’s like lipstick on a pig-if you are seeking assisted living my opinion is stay far far away from this place. They literally were showing a deceased persons apartment within hours of passing. Unprofessional and disrespectful. RUN dont walk away from this place. RUN

The staff is absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond for both of my parents and were incredibly kind as my mom was going through hospice. We did a tremendous amount of homework and all these places are basically all the same. So in my opinion it's not the food or the amenities that count. It's 100% the staff and the care they provide.

My mother has been in assisted living for 6 months at Cranberry We are a very involved family. Someone is there to visit my Mother at least every other day. Do not bring your loved one here if you are not going to be involved. They have gone through two general manager, more employees than I can count. I was told my mother would be checked on every two hours. Half the time I come in to see my Mother, she's sitting in wet diaper.After a meeting that was held a couple weeks back with all the families and I heard all the compla... read more
