I can’t say enough positive things about Cranberry park. Our story is a bit different, my mother in law was in a great place for over 10 years. Then her mental health needs became more demanding and we needed to make a change, to complicate things further she ended up in the hospital after a fall. She broke her hip and had surgery. For the past two years my mother has been in an assisted living facility that just didn't match her personality. The food was bland, sometimes even awful, and the facility just felt old. My mom refused to associate with the other residents and spent almost all of her time in her room by herself. Without exception she ate all of her meals in her room by herself. To call this place a nursing home, or assisted living is inappropriate. It’s far better and far nicer! Cranberry Park is my grandmas NEW home. It’s beautiful and the staff are beyond friendly! I live in Chicago and apartment living is a way of life. This beats any apartment I ever lived it! It’s so spacious and NEW! Everything is SO THOUGHT OUT!
