I cannot say enough positive things about the level of care that my grandmother (J. Jeffries) received at Craigwiel Gardens. She was always very well taken care of and most importantly, loved. The staff there are top tier! When my grandmother went into palliative care, Craigwiel Gardens staff not only went above and beyond to make sure she passed with the utmost dignity, but also made sure that our family was well taken care of and comfortable for the duration of time we spent there. I just wanna say to the families that send or sent parcels to craigweil gardens for the residents that live there..plz becareful my parcel to my sister was opened without consent and she had items missing when her parcel got to her. She did get them back later that day becuz I complained to mail room personal n the acting director n Ceo person..it was not a mix up in the mail room , it was addressed to my sister living there.. So bcarful sending parcels or letters/cards etc..it might not reach your family member if it does i... read more
