I needed two rackets restrung. I have been playing tennis for 35 years and used to be a stringer. Most string jobs end up being less tension due to poor stringing technique. I always ask for about 5 pounds more than I really want because I don't expect stringers to really sow and knot properly. The job was perfect! The string tension was right on the money. Unfortunately, that's a bit more than I need. The price was less than I was paying previously and he had them strung in a couple of hours! I've found my new stringer :)

Craig does an amazing job stringing racquets.He is very friendly ,and a little bit laid back in his approach.He is by far the best in the state of Illinois.

You know, I read the other reviews, ....but I'm "from Missouri"! 'Took a problem with iron play to him and he asked the right questions. He took measurements of club and swing and then suggested a simple fix to try. OK, BTW he was stringing a racquet when I arrived and I suggested he finish it. He said "are you sure?". Better both folks get a good result that way. Suggestion worked and it was very fairly priced. Sorry about the other folks experiences, but I got what I came there for.
