Ordered a table base and was told if I paid in full I could have it in 3-4 weeks. Craig and his partner Barry Rudnick cashed my check and never made my table base. Barry verbally gave me every excuse in the book, "Craig's mother has been ill", "the vendor took a big job", "it needs more work to be finished". Needless to say after 5 months I tried to cancel and they would not refund my money or give me the base. I gave Craig $265k worth of my Art on consignment in 2012 in his Elizabeth Street gallery. He was supposed to sell it for a fee. He gave me the runaround for the next 5 years (and instructed his staff to do the same). He closed that gallery without telling me. I inquired about my Art for months and only heard back from him when I threatened to go to the Police. Total scam. If I could give negative stars I would. These people took $10,800 of our clients money and never provided the product that their website states is in stock. Save your time and money and do not bother.
Craig and Barry "sold me" $6,800 lamps. They also told me if I wired the money asap I could receive them in about 2 weeks from Italy. At first they were responsive and then quit responding to my emails and eventually blocked me. I've never received the lamps, 4 months later and have never heard from them again.
