Myofascial Release Craig Quaglia is very knowledgeable and experienced. He will listen and find those exact spots causing tension and pain and help relieve them. Even after one session my neck pain is so much better and my range of motion is greater- way more relief than a regular massage. He also gives you exercises to help continue the healing process at home. Highly recommend.

I truly appreciate Craig. Over the years I’ve gone to him with multiple issues and he’s been able to assess and address the issues immediately. He doesn’t try to get money out of you, but is concerned with you being well. He gives fantastic exercises, explains things carefully, is a wealth of knowledge, and makes sure you’re comfortable. I’d highly recommend him!
If you have any issues with pain this is the man to see..... he is excellent at finding the exact point where the problem is coming from , and then treating it accordingly. He is a very kind and professional person and I will continue to use his services and recommend him to everyone!!!
