I would never do business with CMG/ Craig Farrington again. He added a $1000+ fee to my mortgage docs 2 days before closing. It was described as points fees. We never discussed paying points and the interest rate they were giving me with this supposed points fee was above market average for a loan without points. When I called him out on the fee, he immediately removed it and couldn't adequately explain why it was on there in the first place. I'm giving this gentleman no stars because he has been completely not communicating anything to me or my ex-wife regarding our mortgage of our shared home. He has made a difficult time even harder with his completely unprofessional behavior. I would recommend a complete novice before recommending Craig Farrington.
