Although I had a misstep in life, I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Emmy. She is always cheerful and understanding. While I do not recommend making a poor life decision, I would say that this process has been very pleasant considering the circumstances. Emmy remembers you as a person and not a number. I think that the negative stars are inconsiderate as the customer service is better than most phone calls you will have with any other company.
Spoke on the phone with Dana about a ticket I received on the turnpike for failure to pay toll, while having an active pike pass. Dana was very rude and acted as if me calling was a huge problem. You would think someone who answers the phone for the county da would have a little more respect and professionalism. 10/10 would not recommend
