Can't speak for their transport service, but poor communication. Their website says they do nationwide transport, and after requesting a quote and waiting several days for a response (their auto response said it would be one business day, I sent the request on Thursday and sent a follow up on the following Wednesday). Crafts handled transporting my car after Hurricane Ian in a very professional and compassionate way. I live in South Florida and was fortunate not to be effected by Ian. Patrice and the crew worked hard to communicate with me about what was happening with my car. I know how stressful it can be to help customers during weather emergencies.
