Rude cashiers a negative customer service
Generally nice people if you don't ask for help from a manager - we had one sufficiently negative experience with a manager/supervisor so that we'll avoid doing business there from now on.
There's a black haired supervisor there that clearly loathes customers.
Large selection, but very high priced and terrible customer service. Most employees act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you, or that checking you out is a terrible bother. I've been in there a dozen times in 2 years (because I had no other choice) and only ONCE was I greeted with a smile at the register. Go to the Bluff, you won't spend as much in gas as you will on their exorbitant prices, and you will have a much more pleasant experience.
Nice place. The cashiers are somewhat inattentive....
