The owner/lady that works there was pretty rude to my family and I. I would not support them going forward.
I go there twice a week. It is small, but the people there are great, helpful, and love to meet customers and answer questions! A very welcoming shop to visit!
The lady that I spoke to when I walked into the shop was very rude and uninviting. I had openly stated that I had taken apart my embroidery machine to clean it out and unscrewed an unnecessary screw that resulted in a piece to fall out and now I cannot get it back into place. I was met with the statement “Well, most wounds are self inflicted”. I would have just brushed this off, but it just got worse.
