Please be careful ordering furniture from them especially if you do not have a chance to look them. The customer service is rushed, disorganised and money oriented. I had asked for a small couch and discussed this with them. I essentially got a large chair taking up my living room. Once they hand over their pieces they don't take any responsibility. The furniture is uncomfortable. They say it is because of the good quality.
We just received our Masie sofas. The team were very helpful with our floor plans. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back
Friends and family voted this the most uncomfortable couch they have ever sat on: There is a clear disconnect between price and quality at Crafted. Compounded by terrible customer service and an inability to make good on mistakes. After visiting the Paddington showroom in early 2024 we ordered a custom sized Ella sofa plus additional scatter cushions the build and delivery time was more or less on time, but everything went wrong from there.
