Ruby was so helpful and went out of her way to ensure our bed was made and delivered (interstate) on time. We are thrilled with the result -- it was honestly a seamless process.

Not the quality you'd expect for a $3,000 bed and unhelpful customer service asking me to drop the cover off an hour and a half from my house to assess it when I sent multiple pictures and told them I cannot drop it off is there another option they have ghosted me Would not purchase again
I came from Mornington Peninsula on a Sunday as Craft said they were open only to find a handwritten note on the door saying the shop is unattended due to a customer appointment. I suggest to any customer looking to visit to call first.
