I have just taken delivery of my custom Grace sofa and armchair from Crafted Furniture and couldn't be happier. It's beautiful and fits into the space really well and is so comfy. Not the quality you'd expect for a $3,000 bed and unhelpful customer service asking me to drop the cover off an hour and a half from my house to assess it when I sent multiple pictures and told them I cannot drop it off is there another option they have ghosted me Would not purchase again
