Awful program. Not user friendly, paying for this service and it is crap.
Have waited since 2025 for customer service to fix the issues with not being able to use our subscription, I finally get ahold of someone, again no urgency. Told me to wait for their service rep to get back in town? 8 months and multiple attempts to reach them, they took the money out every month.
This was not a good investment for us. Implementation support is eclipsed by their sales efforts, as is often the case. We gave it our best shot and maybe this is better for a large operation with a dedicated IT person/team. When I reached out I was invited to "schedule an appointment" with the "director of digital customer success" to "talk" through how they could best support us. Can not wait until the contract ends so we can stop hemmorhaging needless cash outflow for this.
If you work for a vendor and your customer is switching to this platform be prepared for a ton of problems
