I had trouble ordering my yarn online, my fault not Craft2u's fault, so I had to place an order over the phone. The staff member was so patient, understanding and helpful. I could not recommend this store highly enough especially in circumstances where their prices are so good. I actually am planning a trip to visit this wonderful shop in person and I cannot wait.
