Great customer service. Very helpful in giving me info about my Lopi woodstove that came with the house I purchased. When it's time for a new stove I know exactly where I'll shop. It was worth the 40 mile drive.
Craft Stoves is a class act! The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to the details of our project and presented multiple options that were a perfect fit for our home. The installation team executed exactly what we agreed upon and paid attention to the small details that made the install extra tight. We had a great experience with these folks. Joe did a wonderful job organizing the custom painting of a Kuma Ashwood, and Travis, Ryan, and Tucker performed a very professional installation. The stove is phenomenal-heats the entire house. Craft Stove is a cut above their competition.
