I saw her weekly and received customized exercises that specifically addressed areas of concern. My low back pain improved and I felt strong and capable going into delivery. Dr. Jen is very professional and does a fantastic job working with you on an individual case. She has helped me so much in postpartum recovery and also prenatal birth preparation. Highly recommend to any ladies out there who think things aren't right "down there" but don't know where to go. What she does helps!
