Very poor customer service. Watch out for there return policy. It will cost you a lot if you need to return something. I would recommend another web site that cares about there customers.
This company is crooked. Cancelled an order for a Cricut Easypress 2 and they refuse to issue a refund. The purchase was made through Overstock.com and the customer service there is exceptional. Craft E Corner is a “marketplace seller”. So Overstock doesn’t issue the refund - Craft e Corner does. They are telling me when they receive the package from UPS they’ll issue a refund.
