The most home-like place I've ever seen. It's cozy, clean, and inviting. They legitimately make home cooked meals for their residents. The care is excellent and they treat everyone like family. It is family owned and operated (they are very involved and care about each resident). Craft Care truly wants to provide a safe, loving place for those in the community that need it! If you can't keep your loved one home, this is the next best place.
I worked there back in 2017 for a few months. Serena and Ashley were the better owners than Mike and Sue. One night I saw cops in front of the facility because Mike and Sue STOLE Serena’s half and gave her a hard time on getting back their belongings. I only stuck around because I was hoping Serena would come back. While Sue was running she treated me horribly along with the other workers who been there for a long time, getting notes saying “I have a long way to go” and I wasn’t smart!
