I was a very regular customer until I have tried their new prepackaged flower that is supposed to be the same product that they had before which is nowhere close to the Quality they used to have I'm really not sure what happened but we have gave it three chances and will not be back!!

Never had a bad experience from Craft the bud tenders have always been amazing and super helpful. Biggest issue is sometimes they don't have a big selection of popcorn mostly feels like the new pre-packaged mandate. Keep up the good work y'all!
