Placed an order over a month ago with no updates I've sent emails with no reply.
I ordered a 3 month prepaid subscription that had 12 craft beers delivered each month, for three months. I received the first order and then nothing else. I contacted them for an update the 2nd month and was told the shipment was going out that week. Nothing came - nothing came for the 3rd month. I continued to reach out and they never responded to any other emails. I also emailed asking for a refund and they never responded. I have disputed this charge and they are now fighting my dispute. One of the worst companies I have dealt with in a long time. I purchased a 12-pack of beer for $100 and never received it. I tried to reach them on numerous occasions and they only responded twice and still never received item. Then, three months later, they cancelled the order. I had already filed a claim with my bank to get my money back since I clearly wasn't going to get anything from Craft Beer Kings. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!
