Do not move here!!! This place is a total scam and it’s quite literally inhumane!!! From the day of moving in, it’s been one thing after another a total nightmare!!! They didn’t tell me what unit I was moving into until the day of move-in when I got here it was a handicap apartment?! I’m not handicap, but if you know about handicap apartments, things are set up differently to accommodate people that are. Leslie provided excellent customer service from our first visit through move in. Minor issues were resolved promptly and correctly. Great experience!
Since the time living here, two years- multiple front managers. At least 6! Work orders take forever, and apartment gym ac isn’t working. The amenities is a reason why we rented here. Can’t believe it’s not a rush to have them fix ac in AZ summer. Poor!!
I had a great time touring with Mychael Ham and being able to see several units! She was very friendly and informative, and she was able to answer all our questions. I'm glad I had the chance to view this apartment complex from her, and she definitely sold me on all the benefits and amenities that come with renting here!
EDIT 04/11/2025: I changed my stars from 1 to 4 primarily due to the new manager, Blake. He has shown that the right manager can actually make a positive change at a property. ALL the issues I have expressed concern over have been addressed. Still moving out, but only because I bought a house.
