AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I used Rick's services for years but after this year I've had beyond enough. In 2021, he did my taxes in winter and told me I owed the government a few thousand dollars. I was bummed, but had made some life changes that year so I figured that had something to do with it. Then, literally on the tax due date, one of his assistants emails me saying I'm actually getting a return (after I've paid a few grand to the IRS).
