We arrived a little bit late and many local residents welcomed us. It was such a nice surprise! You can easily spot pademelons and rabbits around. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. We stayed for one night and couldn’t be happier to have found a place like this. It truly felt like home. Everything was perfect. The peace, the silence, and the nature created the perfect combination. We slept so well, and even though it’s located in a mountain area, the place was really warm thanks to the AC heater ❤️
This was our favorite stay in Tasmania by far. The price was not cheap, but it offered great value. It is super cozy in the middle of a forest, and you can spot wildlife such as a type of wallaby from your balcony. It feels like a proper house with living room and kitchen with equipment and even some spices. Super handy! Very close to Cradle Mountain, recommended!
