Good people, small local business, friendly, professional, get the job done as fast as they can. Can’t ask for much more. Update: there’s problems at this place. Maybe not a bad option for a screen but when you buy a phone from them and it’s not wiped and you see the owners texts… yikes! You don’t even want to know what I read.

If this company ever opens again, you should know that the owner, James, (don't know his last name), is a liar and a thief, and can not be trusted under any circumstances.

I took my phone in over a year ago to retrieve data due to the cracked screen. I paid $100 up front. My phone was sent to a place in the Bay for the work and after waiting six months I tried to get in touch but Cracke'd had closed without contacting me!! I've been trying to get in contact over the last nine months and have been unsuccessful. I am posting here as I see someone else was able to reach the owners by doing so. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH!

I dropped off my Ipad and watch for screen replacement on April 22nd, I had correspondence with James after that and paid a $405 invoice in March. To date I have not received my watch or Ipad back. No email response or phone calls. Next step small claims court...
