my phone is broken and me and my disabled mother live in a camper not far from here and figured since i would get paid by the time they open i could get my phone fixed and i WALKED almost 3 miles to get there and they're closed with a sign that says they are closed on the 1st even though today was the 2nd and even google said they were open and i have problems with my back and legs so this place needs to be more honest and google needs to be fixed
My phone started to boot loop one day and I thought I lost four years of pictures and videos. I went to youbreakifix and they couldn't fix it. Then I tried the geek squad and they couldn't fix it or pull the data. I was told about cracked up and gave it a shot. Im so glad I did, Tyler told me he would do what he could to recover the data. Thankfully he was able to get the data off the old phone and instead of putting it on my new phone he was able to put it on a hard drive for me. 10 out of 10 would recommend
They do great work. I took my cell phone in there. It had a jam sim card. Within 25 minutes they fix my time.
Replaced iPhone charger port in 45 minutes for a reasonable price. Answered all my questions and gave great advise.
My phone had went into the dreadful boot loop, so I wasn't able to restore a lot of important stuff to transfer to my new phone. Brought it here, and Tyler did everything he could. Took it apart, flashed it, downloaded the firmware again, and he was able to get it booted up to back up all my data! Dropped it off Thursday, it was ready Friday to be transfered to my new phone, which took less than an hour. He is upfront about what it will cost, and offers text communication vs phone calls. I am forever grateful to Tyler!!
