I have used Cracked Gadgets twice. Both times to replace batteries. Once when I supplied the battery for a cellphone, and this time, when I had them order the battery for a laptop. This time it took them two days to obtain a battery. In both cases, I brought the item in and waited for them to install the battery while I waited. The installation time in both instances was less than 30 minutes. I have no problem in bringing in a computer if I have any other problems. Very helpful staff, friendly, professional, quick service. They seemed to have the answers to most questions or they try to find them while you are there. Very honest too, they tell the truth if it would cost too much to fix. Good advisement and choices for great customer service.
