Went in to get a new charge port put in my iPhone. It just needed to be cleaned and they didn’t even charge me. Great service !!!!
My phone would not charge, so my plan was to visit a big-box store and then Cracked Device Co. Staff at the big-box store actually suggested that I go to Cracked Device (without knowing my plan). I went there, and on my way in minutes, back in action. A wonderful experience. I'll be back!
Had my iPhone XR screen replaced a few months ago and then broke it again(user error). I then decided to replace the screen myself and save 140$ (Amazon). When I opened the phone some screws were missing. Cracked Device is the only company that has been in my phone. I understand they are a business but at their price point the work should be perfect. Makes we wonder what other parts they “forget” to put in others phones. Use YouTube and try it yourself. This company is a last resort.
I’ve had a great experience each time I’ve brought my different devices in over the years: all for battery replacements. Good price and fast service. This time she noted that my screen time analysis was running all the time in the background, likely due to an iPhone update. It is now off.
