I ordered two tackle boxes from Crack of Dawn PaddleSports, based on the photo in their online store, because there was hardly any description. I figured that if it wasn't what I wanted, I could return it. It wasn't, so I emailed them requesting a return shipping label. They didn't respond, so I finally called them. They said they would return my call. They didn't, so I had to call twice more before they finally responded, saying that I would have to pay for the return shipping. Very bad experience.
