WOW!!! I do several reviews yearly but I have to say this was THE BEST EXPERIENCE I could have ever experienced. We met with Robert for our 10am appointment, right at 10am, and were out by 11am. I am 66 and have been doing my own taxes all of my life. Oh boy don’t bring anything too “complicated” here or they won’t be able to handle it. I went out of my way to make the last appointment in February at with Lori based on reviews here. She was late, so I got her son, whom I did not have a good feeling about but proceeded. During the hour long meeting, I definitely felt he had difficulty understanding the business model and accounting I’d prepared up until then. I highly recommend the tax preparation services from Bethany Craddock. She is very thorough, professional and quickly turned the returns around. I went to their beautiful office location and used their virtual service as well. Bethany answers questions quickly.
I have had my taxes done by 3 generations of this family, since 1993, by Brandon's grandfather, then his mother and recently him, I am almost 52, an immigrant and I never haveissues with my taxes, they are well priced, they care and they are locally own and operated.
