I have used her services for the last couple of years before when it was with Olivia. No major issues with taxes until these last 2 years, I was charged 300$ for doing my taxes, I provided all income documentation and a year later I get an IRS letter saying I owe 2,000 for not providing my husbands unemployment award letter back in 2022.
