This is no longer owned by Kumar. They continued to charge me and refused to reverse the charges. ---------I've been coming here for over 10 years and am thrilled with them. Kumar is gentle and caring, and always gives me sound advice on treatment, opting to undertreat and do a second visit rather than risk overtreating. My skin looks amazing.
Dr. Kumar is the best. He is very professional and so is his staff.
My experience started before I even received any service and unfortunately, it was already disappointing. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in BC. Their communication is very poor, and it feels like they don’t make an effort to address new clients’ inquiries or concerns and put you on hold for weeks.
