Very disappointing as CR England is not sending my graduation certificate of CDL (A). I have sent emails and placed bunch of calls, no answer. I need grad certificate as my new job requires it. I will escalate this issue to the authorities.

One of their trucks hit my parked car while I was in it, and it's been a week but no one from the company has returned my calls or e-mails. Their accident reporting hotline is an unmanned line that rings and rings for 10 minutes before sending you to voicemail. The driver didn't apologize until a cop forced him to exchange information, and the company won't acknowledge I exist. Subpar customer service. Pro tip: parking lots are not obstacle courses.
I absolutely love CR England as a great company to start out or stay long term. It is a solid starting out pay especially for new CDL drivers with little experience. They have many avenues in which to make great money.
